By using unifact.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Ta Dah - UniFact ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

unifact.ai provides a no-code platform for building, deploying, and managing AI-powered customer service agents for businesses. Agents are powered by AI language models and operate based on information you provide.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to train your agent
- You must not use the Service to create agents that provide medical, legal, or financial advice without proper disclaimers
- You must not create agents that spread misinformation, hate speech, or illegal content
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
4. AI Limitations
AI agents may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human verification. We are not liable for actions taken based on agent responses.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all business information, documents, and content you provide. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service. Your agent configurations and content will not be shared with other users or used to train AI models.
6. Agent Registry
By deploying a public agent, you consent to its metadata (name, description, industry, capabilities) being published in our agent registry for discoverability by search engines and AI platforms. You can make your agent private or delete it at any time.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
