1. Information We Collect

When you use unifact.ai, we collect:

• Business information you provide during agent setup (name, description, industry, interview answers)
• Uploaded documents used to train your agent (extracted text only - files are not stored)
• Conversation data between end users and your deployed agent
• Usage analytics (page views, API calls, agent interactions)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To build, deploy, and operate your AI agent
• To generate system prompts from your interview responses and documents
• To improve our services and user experience
• To provide customer support

3. AI Processing

Your business data is processed through Amazon Bedrock AI services to generate interview questions, detect conflicts in documents, and power agent conversations. We do not use your business data to train AI models. Conversations are processed in real-time and are not stored beyond what is needed for agent operation.

4. Data Storage

Agent configurations are stored securely in AWS DynamoDB. Uploaded documents are processed for text extraction and the extracted text is included in agent prompts - original files are not retained after processing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• AWS - for infrastructure and AI processing
• Agent discovery platforms - your agent's public metadata (name, description, industry) is published for discoverability

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your agent and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your agent removes it from the public registry and our database.
